1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing discoverxa.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Japan, Australia, and South Korea. DiscoverXA provides educational resources and recruitment pathways for financial professionals.

2. TradingView Integration
Our platform utilizes TradingView technology for advanced financial charting and analysis education. Users must comply with TradingView’s own policies when interacting with embedded charts or Pine Script code provided through DiscoverXA modules.
DiscoverXA is an independent educational provider and does not claim ownership over proprietary TradingView trademarks. Any technical misuse of the integrated analytical tools will result in immediate suspension of the user's recruitment profile.
IP Rights
All proprietary curriculum materials, analysis frameworks, and recruitment software code are the exclusive property of DiscoverXA.
Reproduction of our training modules without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Shinjuku jurisdictional law.
Unauthorized Acts:

- • Commercial redistribution
- • AI training on site copy
3. Educational Nature & Financial Risk

Recruitment Terms
Enrollment in DiscoverXA career tracks does not guarantee employment. Candidates must meet the specific compliance and vetting requirements of our global partner firms. Data shared via the recruitment portal is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination
